Habit Money is provided for personal financial tracking and habit building. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that occurs with your local data.
Safety of your information is your responsibility. Since all your data is stored locally on your phone, you understand and agree that Habit Money is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, theft, or application uninstallation without a backup.
The application, including all its code, design, icons, and branding, is the property of Habit Money and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app.
Habit Money may require an internet connection to display advertisements via AdMob or to run certain services. You are responsible for any costs incurred by your service provider (e.g., data charges).
Habit Money is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the application, including financial decisions made based on the data provided by the app.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Habit Money is based.
